Transfer Week‏

This week has been absolutely crazy!  Transfer week is always crazy.

 

So Monday, we went to Ann's house after we emailed and we ate some more Marshallese food.  I am really going to miss that!  We learned to make even more food! 

 

The rest of the week there was just really sad.  I had to say goodbye to everyone. I am not even going to lie.  Leaving Springdale was harder than leaving home.  It was so brutal.  I cried basically everyday.  We got a lot of work done.  We met with all of our investigators, and they are all still very excited to get baptized.  I am sad I can't be there for their baptisms. But the most important thing to me is that they do make that covenant with Heavenly Father and get baptized.  I can see pictures right??

 

Thursday was transfer day.  Brother and Sister Garner drove us to transfer point.  Man was it a party.  They are amazing.  I am just going to miss them so much. 

 

So then I started on my long journey to Rolla.  It was a very long drive, but I got to see all of my past companions except for Sister P, so that was the best day ever!(:

 

Nothing has really happened here that is crazy.  I am still just trying to get used to the area and figure out how to  help Sister Parsels.  I am having a hard time being the trainer.  It is really hard.  I feel like she is the one that is training me.  She is such an amazing missionary.  She has such a strong testimony and she has gone through a lot to be a missionary.  I truly look up to her.  She is from Hawaii(: So that is cool(: 

 

This morning, we went to a potential investigators house named Deon.  She let us right in and let us have a lesson with her.  She has 2 little boys and she said that she is looking for a church that fits her.  She is amazing.  I am excited to go back and see her again.  She is very open to learning and has such a sweet personality. 

 

Life is going good here. (:  This is the last full week of the OTM and the last full week of President and Sister Shumway  being here.  I am really sad, but I am also excited.
